Pet Policy

Apartment living is better with your best friend. We have the perfect home for you and your pet. The Caroline is proud to be pet-friendly, so check out our fabulous apartments and amazing pet amenities to include self-service pet spa and two pet parks. Our pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable amount of $350 for 1st pet and $150 for 2nd pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month. We allow up to two (2) pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply, call for more details.
